About Judith Hughes

Delivering a fresh and innovative approach to real estate, I make sure my clients receive a level of service that far exceeds their expectations. With social media, virtual tours, professional home photography/staging and online advertisements readily available today, there is no limit to what a Realtor should do. I know my clients are covered on every angle and that makes me feel good. With a Bachelor's degree from CMU and after 13 years with a successful career in Sales and Management, I decided that I wanted to follow my passion for real estate and pursue it full time! My work history in sales management has benefited my customers in real estate because I am well versed in recognizing the value of every dollar, able to negotiate even the smallest of details, and thrive in the art of closing a deal that is beneficial to all parties. I have been recognized for my strong ethics, high integrity, honesty, and excellent communication skills and was awarded Rookie of the Year in my first year as a member of the Midland Board of Realtors! I look forward to using these strengths when working with you, whether it's your first home or your forever home, I want to make your journey smooth and fun! Let's work together to find your dream home! When I'm not swinging doors open for my buyers, I enjoy spending my time with my two beautiful daughters, which are both very active in community and travel sports. You can find me sipping a latte at the Live Oak coffee shop or if you're an early bird you can come sweat with me at 5:30am while I lead the pack as a spinning instructor for Allied Group Fitness. I love to be a part of this beautiful and exciting community and show my I can't wait to share my experience and expertise with you!
