Led by Tim and Colleen Sova alongside family team members Haden Sova, Cindi Scarsella, and Bruce Scarsella, the team combines deep local roots with proven marketing strategies, skilled negotiation, and a strong commitment to client communication. Our business is built largely through referrals and repeat clients who value honesty, responsiveness, professionalism, and results. We average approximately 100 homes sold each year and work with buyers and sellers across all price ranges and property types. Our mission is simple: provide trusted advice, protect our clients’ best interests, and help people achieve the best possible outcome while making the process feel seamless and supported from start to finish. I also put my long time building experience, knowledge, and business minded savvy to work for my client's benefit on a full time basis. I have been a Licensed builder & Vice President of Sova Builders Inc. since 1993. I have a strong finance background with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Central Michigan University.
